Returns & Refunds
At Miss Amber.MD, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products and exceptional service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
• Opened or used skincare products
• Gift cards
• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty)
How to Request a Return
1. Email us at returns@missambermd.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if the item is damaged or faulty).
3. We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
Please do not return items without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• We’ll notify you via email when the refund has been issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not liable for lost returns.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@missambermd.com and we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
