Refund Policy
At Miss Amber MD we pride ourselves on delivering safe, effective and bespoke treatments. Please read our Refunds & Cancellations Policy carefully before booking. This policy is designed to comply with UK consumer law and to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Treatments
All treatments are non-refundable, including injectable treatments and medical aesthetic procedures.
We will always do our best to address and rectify any concerns you may have following a treatment, through appropriate follow-up care or review appointments.
2. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
This is because products we order specifically for your treatment are bespoke medical items which cannot be returned to suppliers.
3. Courses of Treatment (Packages)
If you purchase a treatment package in advance, you have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
A 14-day cooling-off period applies if the purchase is made online or over the phone.
A 7-day cooling-off period may be applied for in-clinic purchases, at our discretion.
After the cooling-off period has expired, courses are non-refundable.
If any treatments within a course have been used during the cooling-off period and you request a refund, we will deduct the full standard price of each treatment already taken before calculating any partial refund. This may mean no refund is due.
4. Skincare Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products are non-refundable once they have been opened, used, or if the tamper-evident seal is broken.
If products are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit or treatment session.
Non-attendance without notice will be charged in full.
6. Medical Suitability
If you are deemed not medically suitable for a treatment you have paid for, we will offer an alternative treatment of equal value or a credit note. A refund will only be issued if required by law.
7. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
